Log in / Edit Issues

Hello,

Two of my coworkers is continuously asked to log in and they are unable to edit even though they are an Admin. Has anyone else had this issue and is there a solution?

What browser are they using? The edit issue may be related to using something other than Google Chrome.

Thank you Nicole, They are both using Chrome. I was able to assist one of them. The other one I am going to try removing the saved tab and reloading it.

They are an Admin on the sheet, or they are a Sys Admin? Even as a Sys Admin, they would be restricted by permissions on Smartsheet items including sheets, workspaces, reports, etc.

If they are Admin on the sheet, try logging out, clearing your browser cache and cookies, then logging back in.
