Existing Web Form - Can we create different SmartSheet

One of my user wants different smart sheets per fiscal year. The front end form will remain same but each year they want new smart sheet.

So can I create a smart sheet which is linked to the existing form?

No, but if you use the "Save as new" feature on the sheet, the form can also be pulled so that it looks exactly like the old one but feeds the new sheet.

That's correct. The "Save as new" feature will not affect the existing sheet/form.
