Formula to place a date in a cell that is greater than a date in another cell by "x" lead time
Hello again community,
Just wondering if somebody knows how to write a formula that could look at a date in a date ordered column and place a date in another column that is greater by 30 days. From this point, I have an idea to have a formula tick a box based on whether this date is today and then have a conditional formatting rule that colours the row bring attention and show urgency.
Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated :)

Hi Mitch,
Try something like this.
=Date@row + 30
Did that work?
I hope that helps!
Have a fantastic week!

Hi Andrée
Thanks for coming back to me.
I can't get it to work at the moment. Is this how it should be written?
=DATE([DATE RECEIVED]9) + 30
Sorry if I am missing something simple.
Thanks in advance
Mitch

Try this.
=[DATE RECEIVED]@row + 30

Hey Andrée,
This is still giving me trouble.
Thanks again.

Ok.
It's because you're using the formula in a cell that isn't in a date type column.
Try this.
=[DATE RECEIVED]@row + 30 + ""
Did it work?
