3 people working on the same sheet problem. Overwriting

Hello,
I have a problem that if 3 people are using the same smartheet at the sam time some entries are missing.
Files are overwriting each other without saving some rows. Is it possible to use smartsheet as Google sheets real time changes?

The only thing you can do is instruct your users to communicate with each other as to where exactly they are working within the sheet. Additionally, your users can keep an eye out for the little blue "refresh" circle that appears to the right of the sheet name when an update is saved to the sheet.
