Hi,
Question 1)
does SmartSheet allow to allocate different % allocation to resources working on the same task without multiply rows?
Example: Tony and Andy working on the same task (same row): Tony works 25% of his time, Andy works 100% of his time.
Please answer YES/NO, then eventual details.
Question 2)
Let's say that my Gantt is fully implemented with timeline, resources and % allocation. I see some resources are overloaded. I see some resources are overloaded. If the % allocation is reduced, does the duration increase automatically and according to the % allocation change?
Please answer YES/NO, then eventual details.

The answer to your first question is no. If you’re allowing multiple contacts to be assigned to a task, the allocation percentage for the task will be applied to all of the assigned resources. If you want to assign each resource to the same task with different allocations, you can list the same task on multiple rows in your sheet and assign each duplicate task to a different person.
The answer to your second question is also no. Duration represents the amount of time a task is expected to take. When duration is being calculated, Smartsheet takes into account the Start Date, End Date, and the Non-Working days, but the allocation percentage isn't taken into account.
