So, I am trying to create a column that adds the Student ID, when the Student is Named. This way I can make my reports de-identified. From a workflow standpoint, Teachers use a drop down for the Names on a Form and then enter Student Progress notes. I want a column next to it the Student Name that inserts the Student ID. For example:
IF Student=Katie Johnson then value = "STU001"
How do I structure this? I keep trying but it comes back unparseable. Thank you for a little help! Deb
