Why is it defaulting to a different account?
I have a Microsoft account through school. I also have a Microsoft account at work. When I log into Smartsheet using my work email, it automatically defaults to my school address and I can't access all of my projects at work. I have signed out, restarted, it will not log into my enterprise account. Help!!! I have a meeting in 20 minutes and can't access all of the work I've done up to now.

Try using a different browser to login. If you use Chrome, switch to Firefox.
