Scrolling on a mac

Having a problem using a mouse to scroll down on a sheet in grid view using Safari browser on a mac. When I use the mouse to try to scroll up or down, it jumps me to a different screen. I have to click on the sheet and use the arrow keys to move around. This is very frustrating and causes me to avoid using Smartsheet, especially for items that will require collaboration with others who might be using macs to access a sheet.

That sounds like it’s an issue on your Mac. Try it in another browser. Does it behave the same?

I am experiencing the same issue on a Mac but on Chrome. It used to work, and now it suddenly does not scroll any longer.

Please advise.

I'd like to piggyback of @Andrée Starå 's suggestion, and say that we have noticed issues with scrolling when the Pintrest plugin is installed on your browser.

I'd usually blame either it being a Monday or a lack of coffee, but it's Tuesday and I've had my pumkin spice latte, so I'll blame this one on a lack of sleep!
