How do I find the owner of a form?

I am a Smartsheet admin for my company.

Does anyone know, how do you find out which user is the owner of a form?

On the form page that is displayed, there are no options to display properties.

It's in the forms main window in the More menu and then Properties.

There currently isn't a way to identify a form owner based solely on the Form URL. You will need to find the sheet where the form submissions are input, then if you're shared to the sheet, you can find the owner.

A System Admin can download a Sheet Access report to find all the sheets in your company's account, if that helps. See: Create a sheet access report

Since we were unable to identify anything through the Form, our IT Department told us who owned the sheet.
