I understood from the learning article that link to published dashboard allows view the information without having an access to the source sheet. It did not work for me.

Could you please advise if I understood the access rights setting incorrectly.

If you have active Reports on the dashboard does reports wont show data if you don't have access to the data source.

Hi Anna,

To add to this, you could insert the report to your dashboard as a Published link of the report in a Web Content widget instead of Report widget. (See here).

@Anna Kipnis You can publish your report by clicking on the globe icon in the right side of your report.

You can also use the Report Widget and use the Advanced Settings to show the same data as what is available to the Widget Editor.
