Control Center - Projects are not Auto Provisioning and creating a Project Link

We have an intake Project Sheet and Active Project sheet and when we move a project from the pipeline sheet to the "Active Project" sheet, it is not auto creating the Control Center Project Workspace.

I am not sure what I should be looking for when trying to fix the issue.

It says it is completed, but it is not showing up on our "Active Project Sheet"

Here is what is being produced in the logs.

Has anyone else had this issue before?

So, looks like there is problem with the project row as it relates to your Control Center config. Maybe check and make sure the row which contains the project you are trying to create, is populated in these columns.

You'll find the columns in your Control Center config (these are mine so likely different for you).
