Is there a way to calculate the earliest date based on criteria?

I'm hoping to show the minimum date if a certain criteria is met. I'm currently using the MIN(COLLECT) function to show the next date listed within a specific range but I'd like to add a qualifying criteria so it shows the next date if an associated column matches a criteria. Thoughts?
