Need Admin Approval for access to mobile app

I have a user that is unable to access the Smartsheet app on her iOS phone and gets the following notification.

"Smartsheet needs permission to access resources in your organization that only an admin can grant."

I am using the mobile app without any issues. What needs to be changed to give her access?

    Thanks for all the info. I will pass this on to my SysAdmin and see if we can get to the bottom of the issue.

    HI @M38a1

    The Admin of Smartsheet would go and double check their settings. That has happened to us before and we had to add more permissions to users. Have the System Admin just double check that she is listed as a licensed user (as highlighted in the snapshot below).

    Thanks Michele - Does the user have to be fully licensed to use the app or can they just be a free user?
