Using a dashboard as shared by our account manager - users are getting errors below

Multiple users are not SS users but that shouldn't matter since we are sharing a viewable link. Why would we get this error? Submitted a support ticket too and kind of urgent for us to resolve.

Hi Qadeer,

The Employee Information link looks to be an Image Widget with the advanced option which is directing to a download link to download an attachment - this link is hitting that 100 download limit.

Is there perhaps somewhere else that this attachment could be stored? For example, in google drive? Then the widget could direct to the specific google drive URL instead of a download link.

HI Qadeer,

Based on what I can make out from the URL in that screen capture, it looks like that's a URL to download a specific attachment, is that correct?

Links to download attachments expire after 30 days or after it's been clicked 100 times. This is a security precaution to prevent unlimited access to your files. If needed, you can re-send the attachment through email to generate a new link (See here for more information).

Make sure that the URL you are sending is to the dashboard itself - whether it's the direct URL because your users are shared to the dashboard, or the published link (see here).

So the error message is coming up when someone clicks on the Employee Information link in this Dashboard (here is the link: https://app.smartsheet.com/b/publish?EQBCT=0a8724ab278d4cdba299b194b0cfe6a1

So I get that the security precaution limits it to 100 users.. since we are sharing this with our entire company (>40K people), should we just refresh the publication link every day because we obviously can't send out new links everyday
