Can anyone tell me if you can insert page breaks in a schedule so that when you print it will print as seperate pages?

not discovered any way to do that as described, but if you set up what you wish to print creatively and choose carefully from the options list you should be able to get what you seek repeatedly.

Hi Richard, I have a question regarding your screen shot: I would like to select columns before printing but I do not find the Options "Edit" function to select columns. Could you please help me to find this option or was it removed in any recent releases?

Hi Alex

depends on your actual requirement but the simplest way is to Hide Columns you don't want to print before you go to the menu? 

If this "Printout" is something you need regularly, then I suggest you forget paper altogether and create a Report that chooses columns and filters criteria with a live link to the people who would be viewing your otherwise printed papers. Far more useful and Real time Data...?
