Using Forms to enter data - worksheet not updating
Hi there, I am currently evaluating Smartsheet using a trial account and created a form to capture data from a Worksheet in Smartsheet. When I tested the form, the data filled-in do not show up in the Worksheet. I am not sure if that it is due to it being a trial version or should it have updated the Worksheet when data is captured via the form ?
Appreciate if someone can help shed some light on this.

Hi Cheng,
When a new form is submitted, you need to refresh the sheet to see it if you’re already in the sheet. After a little while, you’ll see a little reload icon in the title to indicate that there is new information.
