Smartsheet Limitation

Hi everyone, I understand Smartsheet have the following Limitations (plus many others). Can someone please clarify if the 10MB includes attachments ?

• The file cannot exceed 10 MB
• Up to 5,000 rows, 200 columns, or 200,000 cells can be imported at a time

The limit above is for the individual file and then the limit below is for the account in general.

Hi Cheng,

The 10 MB limit is only for when you import a file from Excel, Project and similar.

The other size limits.

@Andrée Starå Where did you find the File Storage Limits table that you pasted into your responses here? I was just searching for this information, but I could not find it anywhere on Smartsheet's site. Do you know if the limits are still valid. I have a customer asking this exact question as they contemplate moving from a Business to Enterprise Plan.
