Sending customized notification using "Send..."

Dear Community,

I'm building a database responsible for customer's inspections, combining internal flow (adding inspection points for project sheets, sending internal reminders about notif. date, changing statuses, etc.) as well as external flow - meaning sending official notifications for customers. I'd like to use smartsheet for it, but I would need to build customized template for email which will include some specific sentences in email.

Is there any chance to provide template for all messages inside specific sheet ?

Hi Tomasz,

You can set up different templates in Automation - Workflows and combine that with placeholders to include dynamic information.

Would that work?
