Unwanted release of a sheet when starting conversation from a row

After starting a conversation the recipient is free to see the whole sheet (when they press blue button "change to sheet") although I did not make a general release.

Is there a way to restrict the view?

Do you mean that you @mentioned someone in a Conversation within a sheet?

If so, when you @mention someone who isn't shared to the sheet, you will receive a message indicating that only people shared to the sheet will receive notification from @mentions; the comment will be added regardless of whether you opt to share them to sheet—however, the person will receive notification only if they are shared.

To un-share someone from a sheet, click on the blue Share button in the top-right corner - from here you can adjust sharing permission levels for each collaborator or remove them completely. If you remove them from the sheet they will no longer be able to receive notifications or see comments on rows. (Read more about sharing Here.)
