Sharing workspace with non-Smartsheet users
Hi, is it possible to share a workspace in Smartsheets with non-Smartsheet users? I know that I can publish specific sheets and share with anyone to view and edit but I am not sure if I can do the same with workspaces....

Hi Sahil,
Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment, but it's an excellent idea!
Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment
There might be a workaround. What is your use case?
I hope that helps!
Have a fantastic week!

@Andrée Starå I have got 3 Smartsheets stored within a workspace and I want about 10 reluctant Smartsheet users to only be able to view the workspace where the sheets are contained. I'd prefer sharing the workspace with them rather than share links to 3 different sheets. Or I might just create user accounts for them and share the workspace once they have accepted the invitation.
