Add =Formula to a SmartSheet Summary field

Hello,

How can I add an =Formula that would update based on a source SmartSheet?

What I need to do is.

We update a status of a project on a seperate Master SmartSheet for tracking.

The individual Project SmartSheet needs to pull in the ever changing status from the Master into the Sheet Summary added field. So that when the Master is updated the individual project sheet summary is also updated. I have tried =index, =match, I've chosen the source SmartSheet and Cel when given the option to no avail.

Are you able to provide screenshots of the source sheet and master sheet with sensitive/confidential data removed, blocked, or replaced with "dummy data" as needed?

You may be able to accomplish this with a direct cell link or with an INDEX/MATCH formula, but that would depend on your details.
