Average formula question

I have a sheet that I need the average formula broken down by person. There are three different people scoring the applicant and I need to average the applicant scores. The formula I have entered is scoring the entire column.

Can you provide a screenshot with sensitive/confidential data removed, blocked, or replaced with "dummy data" as needed?

You should be able to accomplish this with an AVERAGEIF function, but n case that doesn't work, more details may be needed to help find a solution.
