Form not updating the Worksheet

Hello everyone, I created a Form from an Excelspreadsheet I imported into Smartsheet - it's an issue tracking list.  I can complete the Form data but the information entered in the form do not seems to appearing in the Worksheet itself. 

Appreciate if anyone can shed some light as to where the above issue could be.

  • Sorry everyone - I have solved this.  Seems when I first imported the worksheet, there were 300+ blank rows that came in during the import.  So when I created the form, by default - it stored the latest entry at the end.  When I change the order to show latest on the top - it appeared. Lesson learned - when importing a format from Excel, make sure the blank rows are deleted as well.
