I've created templates of Sheet/Report and Dashboard Templates. If I copy them, will the link remain
I've created a folder containing templates for sheets and reports all linking to a dashboard for a status report. I want my team to be able to copy these and use them for their partners. How can this be done easily? If they create the sheets from Template and Save As the Reports and Dashboard, do they have to reset the links to these new sheets and redo the settings (what info is pulled in, what info the widget pulls in)?

Instead of saving them as templates. Save them all (including the dashboard) into a folder. Then they can use "Save as New" on the folder and everything will remain linked.

I did this, but I noticed that when the other person saved the folder as new in their workspace, the folder in their workspace showed them as the owner. However, the files within the folder still listed me as the owner. I'm still searching for a way when it is saved by the other person, they are listed as the owner of the files and not just the folder they saved.

@Art Ordonio Try having them save as new and then have them drag the folder from the workspace into one that they own or into their sheets folder.
