Keep a row in 1st position

is there a way to keep a row in the 1st line although you sort the other rows by marking it as a favorit ?

Yes. Set up a checkbox column (I usually call it "Header") and check the box. Then when you sort, the first criteria would be your checkbox column in descending order and then you other criteria in the next level.
