Looking for some help on this one. I am trying to calculate turn around time for disposition within a specific date range, and for a specific engineer. The formula I currently have - which is working - is:

=AVERAGEIF({Date Raised}, AND(@cell > DATE (2024, 8, 1), @cell < DATE(2024, 8, 31)), {Dispo TAT})

However, this formula does not factor in individual engineer name. Looking for some guidance on how to incorporate names into this formula. Thank you!

@Zach Pow You would need to switch to an AVG/COLLECT combo to be able to include multiple range / criteria sets.
