Create a work report

I have a Gantt of a project which has weekly minutes compiled of site meetings and others. How do I create a specific report that goes to the project manager and asks him to load specific copy onto smartsheet?

Are you wanting a report to go out or a reminder/update request?

You would click on "Automation" in the top left corner then select "+ Create a Workflow..."

Select to "Request an Update", and then build the rest of it out from there.

OR

Click on the dropdown arrow to the far left of the appropriate row and select the option to "Send Update Request..."
