Can I add a value to the status options?

Hello,

I would like to have

red, yellow, green, blue AND grey as status options. It seems like I can only have blue OR grey, plus the others. Is there a workaround for this?

You could use plain text and couple that with conditional formatting to change the color of the entire cell, but there is currently no way to add to the current built in sets.
