Can we customize a "published" link? Purchase a custom Domain/ URL

Hello I have a portal for all employees to see current job openings and the link is very LONG. Is there any way to get a smaller customized URL for a published dashboard?

Smartsheet doesn't currently have the ability to create custom URLs to Smartsheet items, but this would be a great opportunity to submit a Product Enhancement Request to let our Product team know that you'd like to have this functionality in Smartsheet.
