Fail to get data from tableau

Hi everyone,

I tried to create a widge on dashboard with the data from Tableau, Unfortunately failed.

The error message is below.

I did pasted the tableau link starting with https://. However it didn't work..

Would you help to check the problem?

Hi Frank,

If you're on an Enterprise Plan, this may be due to the permission settings that your System admin has set up for the company. System administrators can define the list of support domains, and enable or disable the feature, on the Domain Settings page.

Here's how you can find your System Admin to contact about this: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2476781-identify-smartsheet-plan-user-type

(They will be your "main contact").

Hey,

We are facing a similar issue. We have been using the business plan instead and not the Enterprise plan. Does that have to do anything with being able to import Tableau Worksheets onto SMARTSHEET?

No, the Business or Enterprise Plan doesn’t affect the integration.

Yes. My plan is "enterprise Premier".

So I think I need to go to my system admin for the permission.
