Is there a way to graph cells that don't have values

I am creating graph that will have values depending on the month, the cells have the Labels(Titles) but aparently blanks or 0 are not values that charts will consider.

I have seen zeros on charts many times before depending on the chart type. Column/Bar charts included. Blanks cannot be charted though.
