Hi,

I'd like assistance in creating a vlook up formula. So I would like the sheet to vlook up and find the date of birth and postcode from a different sheet when the name matches. See attached image of how the sheet where the vlook up needs to be added is set up. I have got the same columns and names set up in a different sheet that the vlook up needs to be taken from. IF name matches then enter DOB and postcode from that sheet.
