Looking for a report that allows resources to view all tasks assigned to them on Multiple Sheets

Ability to view and update tasks across multiple projects in one view by Resource, i.e. the person assigned to the task. Resources have tasks in multiple projects.

Hi Gracien,

You’d use the CURRENT USER feature in the report to make that work. The report will only show the current viewers tasks.

Is there a way to include a "Status" column in this report from which the assigned user can quickly run-through and update tasks across all sheets? So essentially, they can see all tasks assigned to them and then update them at one time vs. having to jump around say 15 different sheets to update accordingly.

Yes, absolutely, as long as all sheets have the Status and Assigned to columns with the same name in all the relevant sheets.

You'd then use the Current User criteria in the report, and the user looking at the report would see their tasks.
