I am inserting some field content in an automated email. I have been successful in some fields but not others. The difference being that some of the fields are children. Can you pull content from these fields for automated email?
Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment because the information has to be on the same row, but it's an excellent idea!

As a possible workaround, we could maybe use so-called helper columns to collect the information on the same row.
