We have internal digital signatures through our Microsoft CA server. Is it possible to have a field in smartsheet that would accept and store a signature?

If you look around in the community for questions similar to yours, you'll find posts like this one the suggest using Smartsheet Labs to integrate Smartsheet and DocuSign: https://community.smartsheet.com/discussion/39626/digital-signature

However, Smartsheet Labs will be deprecated and will no longer accept new user signups.
