Sending mail for due date and other alert message.. how to add someone mail CC when we alert or send due date mail for end user.?

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment to use CC in Smartsheet, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment

There might be a possibility for a workaround.

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@getdone.se)

means we send same reminder directly to prepare as well as manager in TO mail... any other option ?

You could add the same step again in the same workflow or make a copy of the workflow if that would work better.
