Using a form for changing data entry

Hi,

we use Smartsheet forms to collect data f.e. for damages.

Is it possible to create another form to report changes in certain rows or is the only way either with

• update requests
• release for users

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment

As a possible workaround, you could have a solution where the user could send a form with an ID and get an Update Request sent to them, or with a formula structure, we could collect the latest information if there is a specific id or similar.

I'd recommend keeping it as simple as possible. Maybe a published sheet where the users can update the information.
