Team members only view their tasks

I have created a sheet to assign the team members with own tasks, and I want to view this in Cards view.

However I want my team to only see their task and not be able to view others tasks, all in card view

Hi Hammad,

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment if you also want them to be able to edit as well, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment

There might be a possible workaround.

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@getdone.se)

I don't want them to edit, only view their tasks (for now at least).

I just have a card view, viewed by Assigned, Basicly names at the top and cards for task.

so I can see all names and their tasks in one spot, easy to use and easy to relocate tasks.

However I dont want X to view Y tasks. I want X to just view his tasks without viewing other work or without editing anything.

I dont know if its possible.

the only way is he can view a report, but the downside, that it is in grid view and I want it to be in cards view, as it is easier to read for all employees

Unfortunately, I don't think it's possible in card-view. I'll get back to you if I think of something.
