Automated Workflow, identify rows that triggered?

Hi, I have an automated workflow that notifies users when dates are changed on rows that contain the word 'proofread'. The user receives a email that tells them the dates have changed, but not which specific rows (there are many). How can I let the users know which particular rows need their attention? Many thanks.

Hi Lisa,

If I’m not mistaken you should see which rows that changed.

Can you maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@getdone.se)

Yes, you can! It's excellent, and an easy way to be selective of what you want to include.

You can also use placeholders if the alert is sent immediately.

I don't see how that helps. There's nothing in either of those articles about being able to reference a particular cell in a workflow. Could you help me by explaining more?
