Unable to switch rows/columns in Chart widget
I'm having trouble creating the chart that I want to make. For some reason, the "switch rows/columns" function is not selectable. Why is this and is there a way to fix it?
Thanks!

Are you able to provide a screenshot of the data?

Hi Paul, here's a screenshot of the worksheet. I'm trying to make a chart that has PMRC Time along the X-axis. I'd like it to be a stacked column chart because each column could have more than one value. I annotated the image with red text to illustrate what I mean. Although most of the cells are empty now, I would like to have PMRC ID# included in the chart as well.
I'm probably not doing a great job of explaining the desired chart so I've also attached a sketch of what I would like it to look like. Thank you for any suggestions!

Are you including the ID# column when you are selecting the data for your chart?

Hi Paul,
Yes indeed. Here's an image:

What happens if you check the box to use column names as labels?

Hi Paul,
Thanks for your help with this but I believe I found the problem. Someone had changed the column type from Text/Number to Dropdown for the PMRC Time (Hrs) columns. I just duplicated the worksheet and ran a test. Now with the columns changed back to Text/Number, I can create the recreate the chart we initially had.
Thanks again for your help troubleshooting
