Hello everyone,
Do you know if it is possible in Smartsheet to have a task tracking sheet with tasks that have start hour and finish hour, rather than start date and finish date ?

It is possible, but time calculations can get a little tricky in Smartsheet. What you cannot do though is have it displayed on the Gantt chart or used as a normal dependency/predecessor.
