Attachments not working?

We are suddenly unable to attach files to sheets. Anyone else having the same issue. I'm guessing it is related to whatever is breaking people's reports, but I thought I would check to make sure we aren't the only ones.

Yes, there seems to be an issue at the moment. 

Now fixed!

Update - We are continuing to investigate the issue with the Smartsheet platform including Forms, Reporting, and Automation Rules. We will provide an update within the next 30 minutes.

Hi Andree - I am still having issues with attachments. It has been this way for at least a week now. It is happening across all browsers on my Mac, even after I clear cache and history. Can you please assist?

Hi SmartSheet,

we also have users who can not attach files to Project Sheet Lines, myself as Admin am ok doing it.

Is it based on the profile (the users are Editors, so should be able to do it) or are we missing something ?
