Automation: why the automation is not working when a row has any of " Value"

Need help trying to figure out why the automation is not working when a row has any of " Value"

Hi,

It looks like you wouldn’t need the condition part and only change the trigger to when it changes to Kelvin Duran.

Also, make sure that you have allowed yourself to receive notifications properly in your Personal Settings (circle/profile in the upper right corner) and secondly check the Permission.setting for the Automations. (cog in the upper right corner in the Automation overview)

One more thing how do i make it just to only show in the email column changed not the entire sheet
