Status of System Updates

During October and November, Smartsheet had been experiencing a number of issues with our system. In order to mitigate the situation, we are in the process of upgrading all of our systems. On Saturday, December 10, we migrated to our new data center with all new hardware. In the long run, this will greatly improve our service up-time and reliability. However, this week we have experienced some unanticipated issues in the configuration of our systems.
We greatly appreciate your patience as our team works through these issues and fixes them!
