If a cell is empty, then I want today, otherwise, use the date in the cell

I keep getting unparseable...

=IF([Date Position Filled]2 ISBLANK, TODAY(),[Date Position Filled]2)

Can anyone say what is wrong?

Try this...

=IF(ISBLANK([Date Position Filled]2), TODAY(), [Date Position Filled]2)
