Reports Dropdown Still Not Working

Despite the fact that the status page states that everything is functional, I am still having the same issue with dropdown lists in my reports. Not a single person in the company that uses reports can utlize the dropdown functionality. I created a new report this morning and pulled all the dropdown fields in every sheet that has them and not a one of them work.

 

Is anyone else still experiencing this issue or have a resolution for me?

We are having the same exact issue! The response I got was that they were working on it but no ETA was provided. Was hoping there would be an ETA On the forum.

I am also having the same issues with the reports.  Can someone please update up on when the drop downs will start to work again within the reports?

Same issue on multiple reports for us. Assign to drop-down still works on report, but not user defined list drop-downs.

It looks like update requests are working on our system, however dropdown menus are still broken. I put in an error report with smartsheet, so hopefully they will have a official update soon.

I am having the exact same issue.  I sent an email to the smartsheet crew yesterday.  Hopefully they can resolve soon!

Same issue here. We have other reporting issues that arose this week that have not been resolved. Why does status.smartsheet.com say that reporting is operational when, clearly, something is amiss?

Applogies for the inconvenience. Our operations team is aware of this issue and is working on it. In the meantime, please contact our Support team—they should be able to help provide a workaround until a more permanent fix is in place.

Drop-downs now appear to be working on our reports, as of 1 pm EST.

Looks like ours are working as well. As of 3:30 EST
