Is there a way to make a Spanish Form?

I have copied the forms to Spanish but the send copy to email is still in English. Is there a way to change that or a Spanish speaking version?

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible at the moment to change the language of that, but it's an excellent idea!
