Keeping track of airline tickets

Hi All, I an new to smartsheet and I am trying to keep track of our companies unused airline tickets and whether a traveler plans to use the credit or not before it expires. Once I upload the data into smartsheet is there a way to have a email go to each traveler asking them their intentions and then have their response data go back into a report? A form would be really cool if it works from data in the SmartSheet. I know a form can populate the sheet, but not sure if it can read existing info from the sheet and then return data. Any help, ideas, suggestions are welcome! Thank you!!

I’d recommend using an automated Update Request workflow to start.
