How to set a "start sheet" with a business plan?

I want my users to start on a specific dashboard, when they sign in. How / where can I set this SmartSheet item as a start object?

Edit. Do you mean a Welcome Sheet that is shown once or one that should be used as a starting point in general?

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible at the moment, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment

As a workaround, and my recommendation would be to share the URL/save it as a bookmark or pin the Dashboard and link from it to everything else, so it becomes the natural starting point.

It is...when I open on my account a specific dashboard opens. But I dont see how to change this.

Yes, it's only available from Enterprise and up so the screen you're seeing is probably the default one from Smartsheet.
