Automation Copy Rows
Is there a way, when using the automation copy rows, to select which rows to copy from a sheet instead of it copying all rows?

You could set up a checkbox column, check the box for only that single row you want to copy, then include that box being checked as one of the conditions.

Hi Angela,
When you set up the the workflow you can configure when it should be copied over to the other sheet.
Would that work?
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic week!

Yeah that part I have, so had scheduled it to copy at a set day/time. That worked, but it was transferring all rows in that sheet and not 1 row...which is all I needed?

You'll have to add a condition or similar, so it only copies what you want.
Is there anything specific that you could use to filter it?

There isnt really a condition, its to pull the contents of a row into another sheet in order to have trend data week on week...so there isnt necessarily a trigger point other than the day/time

Hi Paul,
I added a check box, and mentioned that in my condition, but it doesn't work. The automation copies all rows not just the row in picked. How can I solve this problem?
Actually the condition is for checking the requirement, but for copying there is no selection. I mean, I want to check something in a specific row, and copy the same row in another sheet when the condition satisfied.
The first action happens, but the second one (copying that specific row) does not. It copies all rows.

Paul,
I found the problem. I was selecting project summary row, and it copies all rows because it copies the row plus children. That's why. Thank you anyway.
